研究护士分层分组管理在骨科护理中的应用效果 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究在骨科护理中应用护士分层分组管理的效果。方法选取该院在职骨科护士48名展开研究,均接受护士分层分组管理,2018年9月—2019年8月前为管理前,2019年9月—2020年8月为管理后。对护士管理前后考核成绩、职业认同感、工作质量及管理满意度等进行对比观察。结果经过护士分层分组管理后,护士护理病历、理论知识、实践能力、素质修养及应变能力成绩均高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后护士自我效力感、决定感、有意义感、对角色的一致感、组织影响感、患者影响感、对工作的把握感评分均高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后护士考核合格率、消毒合格率、工作落实率、文件书写合格率均高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);比较两组管理满意程度,结果显示,护理部人员、骨科科室人员、医师及患者对管理的满意程度明显高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在骨科护理中实施护士分层分组管理能有效护士考核成绩、职业认同感,提高护理工作质量水平,使各人员对管理措施的满意程度不断能提升。 Objective To study the effect of applying nurses'hierarchical group management in orthopedic nursing.Methods A total of 48 active orthopedic nurses in the hospital were selected for the study.All of them were managed by nurses in hierarchical groups.From September 2018 to August 2019 was the pre-management period,September 2019 to August 2020 was the management period.A comparative observation was made on the assessment results,professional identity,work quality and management satisfaction of nurses before and after management.Results After the nurses'hierarchical and grouped management,the nurses'nursing medical records,theoretical knowledge,practical ability,quality training and adaptability scores were all higher than those before management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after the management,nurses felt self-efficacy,decision-making,sense of meaning,and the sense of congruence with the role,organization influence,patient influence,and job grasp were all higher than before management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);and after management,the qualification rate of nurse assessment,disinfection qualification rate,job implementation rate,and document writing qualification rate were all higher than before management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing staff,orthopedics department staff,physicians and patients were significantly more satisfied with the management than before management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The hierarchical and grouped management of nurses in orthopedic nursing can effectively improve nurses'assessment scores and professional identity,improve the quality of nursing work,and increase the satisfaction of staff with management measures.
