病区大输液浮动基数管理模式探索与实践

目的探索一种科学合理的病区大输液管理模式,既能保障患者安全用药,又能提高工作效率。方法设立病区药库,每月由供货商将大输液直接配送到相应病区,对大输液实行浮动基数管理。结果极大地提高了工作效率,减轻了住院药房工作人员及病区护士的工作量,保证了临床用药安全性和及时性。结论对病区大输液进行浮动基数管理在该院获得成功,其经验值得同级别医院推广。

Objective To explore a scientific and reasonable management model of large infusion in wards,which can not only ensure the safe medication of patients,but also improve work efficiency.Methods Set up a ward drug warehouse,and the supplier will directly distribute the large infusion to the corresponding ward every month,and implement the floating base management for the large infusion.Results It greatly improved work efficiency,reduced the workload of inpatient pharmacy staff and ward nurses,and ensured the safety and timeliness of clinical medication.Conclusion The floating base management of large infusions in wards has been successful in the hospital,and its experience is worthy of promotion in the hospitals of the same level.
