分级护理管理用于血液净化静脉留置导管患者感染控制的价值

The Value of Hierarchical Nursing Management for Infection Control in Patients with Blood Purification Intravenous Indwelling Catheter

目的探究分析分级护理管理对于控制血液净化静脉留置导管感染的应用价值。方法选择2020年5月—2021年5月该院血液净化专科40名医务工作人员参与该次研究。通过电脑随机分组将其中20名医务工作人员归为一组,命名为参照组,采取常规护理管理模式。将余下20名医务工作人员纳入一组,命名为研究组,实施分级护理管理。同时选择该时间节点内120例血液净化科行静脉留置导管的患者参与该次研究。比较管理后两组管理质量、手卫生依从性、管理满意度以及患者感染情况。结果比较管理质量,研究组各项指标评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);手卫生依从性比较,研究组高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理满意度比较,研究组较参照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);比较研究期间患者感染情况,研究组无感染病例出现,感染控制效果明显优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血液净化静脉留置导管若管理不善极易发生感染事件,分级护理管理对于控制感染价值显著,医务工作人员管理质量和手卫生依从性均得到很好提升,管理满意度更高,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore and analyze the application value of hierarchical nursing management for the control of blood purification venous catheter infection.Methods From May 2020 to May 2021,40 medical staff from the blood purification department of the hospital were selected to participate in the study.Twenty of the medical staff were randomly grouped by computer and grouped into one group and named the reference group,the group adopted the routine nursing management mode.The remaining 20 medical staff were included in a group and named the research group,which implemented hierarchical nursing management.At the same time,120 patients with intravenous catheters in the blood purification department were selected to participate in the study.The management quality,hand hygiene compliance,management satisfaction and patient infection status were compared between the two groups after management.Results Compared the quality of management,the scores of various indicators in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared hand hygiene compliance,the study group was higher than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared management satisfaction,the study group was higher than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).During the comparison of the patient's infection situation during the study,there was no infection in the study group,and the infection control effect was significantly better than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion If the blood purification intravenous indwelling catheter is not well managed,it is very prone to infections,and hierarchical nursing management is of great value for infection control.The management quality and hand hygiene compliance of medical staff have been well improved,and the management satisfaction is higher,which is worthy of promotion and application.
