核心素养视阈下抛锚式教学模式在骨科临床医学教育中的应用探索

摘要 目的分析核心素养视视阈下抛锚式教学模式在骨科临床医学教育中的应用效果。方法选取2018年9月—2019年9月骨科临床医学系学生100名,随机分为对照组(传统教学)与研究组(抛锚式教学),每组50名。实习结束后统一开展理论与实践技能考试,比较两组成绩。结果观察组实习结束后理论成绩和实践成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过抛锚式教学模式的应用,能让学生真正地感受、解决问题,满足新课标培养学科核心素养的需求。 Objective To analyze the application effect of anchored teaching mode in orthopedics clinical medical education from the perspective of core literacy.Methods 100 students of the department of orthopaedic clinical medicine from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group(traditional teaching)and research group(anchored teaching),50 in each group.After the internship,theoretical and practical skills tests were carried out to compare the results of the two groups.Results The theoretical and practical scores of the research group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Through the application of the anchored teaching model,students can truly feel and solve problems,which can meet the needs of the new curriculum standard to cultivate the core literacy of the subject.
