儿外科临床实习带教中情境教学模式的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究儿外科临床实习带教中情境教学模式的应用。方法随机选取2019年12月—2020年12月于该院儿外科进行临床实习的90名临床医师,按照抛硬币的方式将其分成两组。采用传统教学模式进行临床实习带教的实习医师作为参考组,采用情景教学模式进行临床实习带教的实习医师作为实践组。对比两组儿外科实习医师带教后的考核成绩、临床工作能力、带教满意度和家属满意度。结果在对儿外科实习医师进行临床带教后,实践组实习医师的考核成绩与参考组相比较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实践组实习医师的临床工作能力优于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实践组实习医师的带教满意度与参考组相比较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实践组实习医师的家属满意度与参考组相比较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对儿外科实习医师进行临床带教时,采用情景教学模式进行带教能够丰富实习医师的专业理论知识,锻炼实习医师的动手操作能力,培养其临床工作能力,提高带教满意度,提升家属满意度,值得在临床带教中使用。 Objective To study the application of situational teaching mode in clinical practice teaching of pediatric surgery.Methods From December 2019 to December 2020,90 clinicians were randomly selected from the clinicians who performed clinical internships in the department of pediatric surgery of the hospital,and they were divided into two groups according to a coin toss.The interns who use the traditional teaching mode to conduct clinical internships were as the reference group,and the interns who use the situational teaching mode to conduct clinical internships were as the practice group.The assessment results,clinical work ability,teaching satisfaction and family satisfaction of the two groups of pediatric surgeons after teaching were compared.Results After the clinical teaching of pediatric surgery interns,the appraisal scores of interns in the practice group were higher than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical working ability of interns in the practice group was better than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of interns in the practice group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The family satisfaction of interns in the practice group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion When conducting clinical teaching for pediatric surgery interns,the use of situational teaching mode can enrich the professional theoretical knowledge of interns,which can exercise the hands-on ability of interns,cultivate their clinical work ability,improve the satisfaction of teaching,and improve the satisfaction of family members.It is worthy of being used in clinical teaching.
