PDCA应用于康复科实习教学中的效果研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究PDCA应用于康复科实习教学中的效果。方法选取2020年3月—2021年3月于该院康复科进行实习的实习生40名进行调查。按照随机信封分组法分成两组,各20名。参照组康复科实习生采用传统教学模式进行教学,研究组康复科实习生采用PDCA循环模式进行教学。对比两组教学后的出科成绩、临床工作能力和教学满意度。结果在对康复科实习生进行临床教学后,研究组康复科实习生的出科成绩较参照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组康复科实习生的临床工作能力较参照组好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组康复科实习生的教学满意度较参照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对康复科实习生进行临床教学时,使用不同的教学方式产生的教学效果有所差异。采用PDCA循环模式进行教学能够丰富实习生康复知识,锻炼实习生诊治能力,培养其临床工作能力,提高教学满意度。 Objective To study the effect of PDCA in practice teaching in rehabilitation department.Methods 40 interns who were interned in the rehabilitation department of the hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected for investigation.According to the random envelope grouping method,they were divided into two groups,20 in each group.Rehabilitation interns in the reference group used traditional teaching mode for teaching,and rehabilitation interns in the study group used PDCA cycle mode for teaching.The graduation scores,clinical work ability and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After clinical teaching of rehabilitation interns,the performance of rehabilitation interns in the study group was higher than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the clinical work ability of rehabilitation interns in the study group was better than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of rehabilitation interns in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical teaching of rehabilitation interns,the teaching effects produced by different teaching methods are different.The use of PDCA circulation mode for teaching can enrich the rehabilitation knowledge of interns,exercise their diagnosis and treatment ability,cultivate their clinical work ability,and improve teaching satisfaction.
