采供血一体机构输血医学实践教学管理体系的建立及应用

摘要 目的讨论采供血一体机构输血医学实践教学管理体系的建立及应用效果。方法选取2014年1月—2021年1月期间在该血站参与实习工作的实习生54名作为该次研究对象,2014年1月—2018年1月期间血站采用传统输血医学实践教学管理体系,将该阶段实习的27名实习生作为对照组;2018年2月—2021年1月期间血站内建立了供血一体机构输血医学实践教学管理体系,将在该阶段内实习的27名学生作为研究组,对两组学生的实验技能考核、理论考核,学生对教学体系满意度评价进行对比和分析。结果入科时,两组学生的理论成绩和技能操作成绩,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出科时,研究组学生的理论成绩和技能操作成绩均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组满意度为96.29%,对照组满意度为77.78%,研究组学生的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采供血一体机构输血医学实践教学管理体系可有效提升学生的实验操作能力和理论知识水平,帮助学生转换思维模式,使其在实习后能够尽快地适应临床输血工作,此体系应用效果良好,值得应用和推广。 Objective To discuss the establishment and application effect of a blood transfusion medicine practice teaching management system in an integrated blood collection and supply institution.Methods 54 interns who participated in the internship at the blood station from January 2014 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.During the period from January 2014 to January 2018,the blood station adopted the traditional blood transfusion medicine practice teaching management system,the 27 interns in this phase of internship were used as the control group.From February 2018 to January 2021,a blood transfusion medicine practice teaching management system was established in the blood station,and 27 students who practiced in this phase were used as the study group.Compared and analyzed the experimental skill assessment,theoretical assessment,evluation of student's satisfaction with the teaching system.Results At the time of admission,the two groups of students had relatively small differences in theoretical and technical performance,and the differences was not statistically significant(P>0.05).At the time of leaving the department,the theoretical and operational performances of the students in the study group were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction degree of the study group was 96.29%,and the satisfaction degree of the control group was 77.78%,the satisfaction degree of the students in the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The blood transfusion medicine practice teaching management system of integrated blood collection and supply institutions can effectively improve students'experimental operation ability and theoretical knowledge level,help students change their thinking mode,and enable them to adapt to clinical blood transfusion work as soon as possible after internship.The application effect of this system is good and it is worthwhile application and promotion.
