蓝莓发酵原浆冻干粉对小鼠免疫功能的影响研究 被引量:3

摘要 该文依据相关标准检测蓝莓发酵原浆的功效成分。将SPF级雄性Balb/c小鼠随机分为对照组、蓝莓发酵原浆冻干粉低、中、高剂量组(0.75、1.50 g/kg bw和2.25 g/kg bw),连续灌胃30 d,进行免疫器官脏器指数测定、脾淋巴细胞转化实验、迟发型变态反应实验、血清溶血素测定、抗体生成细胞检测、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞实验、碳廓清实验和NK细胞活性测定。结果表明:中剂量组和高剂量组小鼠足跖厚度的差值显著高于空白对照组(P<0.05),各剂量组的小鼠抗体积数均显著高于空白对照组(P<0.05),中剂量组和高剂量组的溶血空斑数显著高于空白对照组(P<0.05),说明蓝莓发酵原浆冻干粉具有增强免疫力的功能。实验结果可为蓝莓的开发利用提供依据。 According to relevant standards,functional components have been detected in fermented blueberry pulp.SPF male Balb/c mice were randomly divided into a control group,and low,medium and high dose groups(0.75,1.50 g/kg bw and 2.25 g/kg bw).Mice in experimental groups were given freeze-dried fermented blueberry pulp powder by gavage for 30 consecutive days,then immune organ index,splenic lymphocyte transformation,delayed type hypersensitivity,serum hemolysin,antibody producing cells,peritoneal macrophage phagocytosis,carbon clearance,and NK cell activity were all assayed.The results showed that plantar thickness was significantly higher in medium and high dose groups than in the vehicle control group(P<0.05).Antibody levels were significantly higher in each dose group than in the vehicle control group(P<0.05).The number of hemolyzed empty plaques was significantly higher in the medium and high dose groups than in the vehicle control group(P<0.05).Freeze-dried blueberry fermented pulp powder can enhance immune function in mice.The obtained results can provide a basis for development and utilization of blueberry products.
