莲子心中甾醇提取工艺优化 被引量:1

摘要 该研究优化莲子心甾醇的索氏提取工艺,选取料液比、提取时间、提取温度和物料粒径进行单因素试验,在此基础上,采用响应面法优化工艺参数。结果表明,莲子心甾醇索氏提取最佳工艺参数为提取温度75℃、提取时间6 h、物料粒径40目、料液比1∶16(g/mL),在此条件下甾醇得率为(18.690±0.034)mg/g。采用气相色谱-质谱法分析,测定莲子心甾醇的主要成分为β-谷甾醇、菜油甾醇、岩藻甾醇,莲子心中脂肪酸含量最高的为亚油酸和棕榈酸。 The Soxhlet extraction process of Plumula nelumbinis sterols was optimized.Single-factor experiments were performed by adjusting the material to liquid ratio,extraction time,extraction temperature,and material particle size.The response surface method was then used to optimize the process parameters.The results revealed the ideal parameters for the Soxhlet extraction of sterols fromP.nelumbinis:extraction temperature,75℃;extraction time,6 h;material particle size,40 mesh;material to liquid ratio,1∶16(g/mL).Under these conditions,the extraction volume of sterols was(18.690±0.034)mg/g.When analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,the main components of P.nelumbinis sterols were found to beβ-sitosterol,campesterol,and fucosterol;the main fatty acid components were linoleic acid and palmitic acid.
