高校文化育人是一个复杂的生态过程,落实文化育人的关键是营造"以文化人"生态、构建文化育人体系。一要营造良好的大学文化生态,为成就学生全面发展提供重要保障;二要挖掘优秀传统文化资源,彰显经典的文化存在意义,激活"以文化人"活力;三要在课程与行动之间,突出实践的文化意义,激活行为文化的育人机制,彰显文化育人课程化的价值。

Cultural education in colleges and universities is a complex ecological process. The key to carry out cultural education is to build a "Teaching people by culture" ecology and a system of cultural education. Firstly, it should create a good university cultural ecology to provide an important guarantee for students’ all-round development;Secondly, it should excavate the excellent traditional cultural resources,highlight the significance of the existence of classical culture to activate the vitality of "Teaching people by culture";Thirdly, it should highlight the cultural significance of practice between curriculum and action to activate the educational mechanism of behavior culture and highlight the value of cultural education curriculum.
