欧洲一体化进程中的再边界化研究

Rebordering Study in European Integration Process

从欧洲一体化进程中再边界化的概念入手,分析欧洲一体化进程中再边界化的原因、主要方式,并对再边界化的本质进行深入思考:再边界化是通过临时恢复或加强边界管控方式以维护欧盟安全,再边界化是欧盟应对安全威胁的理性反应,再边界化与去边界化虽然在表象上看似矛盾,但在本质上却辩证统一于欧盟的安全发展。通过对欧洲一体化进程中的再边界化进行深入研究,为中国边防管理有效应对安全威胁找寻国际借鉴。

Starting with the concept of rebordering in the process of European integration,this article analyzes the reasons for rebordering,the main methods of rebordering,and explores the nature of rebordering:it means temporarily restoring or strengthening border control in order to protect EU’s security.It is the EU’s rational response to security threats.Although rebordering and debordering may seem contradictory in appearance,they are dialectically unified in security development in the European Union.This in-depth study of EU’s rebordering provides new international references for China’s border defense management so as to effectively respond to new security threats.
