接受理论视域下公安思想政治教育实效性探析

An Analysis of the Effectiveness of Police Ideological and Political Education from the Perspective of Reception Theory

当前公安思想政治教育过程中对接受者缺乏足够关注,因此,从接受的角度对公安思想政治教育进行重新审视是非常必要的。现代接受理论的有关观点恰好为这种必要性提供了方法论指导:首先,转向“读者中心”,回归民警的主体地位;其次,关注“期待视野”,促进“视界融合”;再次,运用“召唤结构”,激发民警的主观能动性;最后,聚焦“第二文本”,确保教育价值的真正实现。

The important reason for the poor effectiveness of the current police ideological and political education lies in the lack of attention to the recipients in the education process.Therefore,it is necessary to re-examine the police ideological and political education from the perspective of reception.The relevant viewpoints of modern reception theory can provide methodological guidance for this necessity.First,it advocates a“reader centered”approach which helps return to the police’s dominant position.Secondly,it focuses on the“expected horizon”which helps promotes“integration of horizons”.Thirdly,its“calling structure”helps stimulate the subjective initiative of the police.Finally,it pays attention to the“second text”which helps ensure the true realization of educational value.
