京津冀经济高质量发展及其耦合协调度分析

Analysis of high-quality economic development in Beijing-Tianjin Hebei region and coupling and coordination degree

基于“五大发展理念”构建指标体系,采用熵值法确定权重,对京津冀2010—2018年经济高质量发展水平进行了综合评价。在此基础上,进行耦合协调度及灰色关联度分析。结果显示:京津冀经济高质量发展水平差异较大,北京在创新、协调、绿色、共享4个方面均占据绝对优势,天津开放和创新水平相对较高,河北则在五个方面表现均较差;京津冀经济联系紧密,但同步发展程度不高;耦合协调度与经济高质量发展关联密切,河北五大发展耦合协调度较差,严重制约其经济高质量发展。因此,要提高经济高质量发展水平,必须将五大发展理念同时推进,发挥优势,补齐短板。继续推进京津冀协同发展战略,实现优势互补,互利共赢。

This paper constructs an index system based on the“five development concepts”and uses the entropy method to determine the weight to comprehensively evaluate the high-quality economic development level in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from 2010 to 2018.On this basis,it analyzes the coupling and coordination degree and the grey correlation degree.The results show that there exist significant differences in the high-quality economic development level in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Beijing has absolute advantages in four aspects of innovation,coordination,green and sharing.Tianjin has a relatively high level of openness and innovation.Hebei has a poor performance in five aspects.The economy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is closely linked,but the degree of synchronous development is not high.The coupling and coordination degree is closely related to the high-quality economic development.Hebei is poor in the coupling and coordination degree in five aspects of development,which has seriously restricted the high-quality economic development.Therefore,in order to improve the level of high-quality economic development,it’s necessary to push the five development concepts at the same time to give play to the advantages and strengthen the weak links.It’s important to advance the strategy of coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region to draw on each other’s strengths for mutual benefit and win-win results.
