技术创新效率视角下AI企业战略联盟伙伴选择--以科大讯飞为例 被引量:2

摘要 企业技术创新战略联盟伙伴选择恰当与否直接影响到未来联盟成败。遴选国内AI概念股中样本企业,基于2016—2020年各决策单元技术创新的投入产出数据,通过构建灰色预测—超效率DEA模型对目标企业和样本企业未来的技术创新投入与产出指标进行预测,并基于创新效率的测度及其排名变化来选择和确定目标企业的战略联盟伙伴。结果表明,AI企业技术创新战略联盟伙伴的选择对联盟创新效率水平与未来发展有显著影响。通过对目标企业与战略联盟全面分析,提出双赢联盟、单边联盟和非意向联盟伙伴三种联盟类型,并逐步确定目标企业的战略联盟伙伴。这为我国AI企业或其他行业企业如何选择战略联盟伙伴等的管理实践提供了参考。 Whether or not the enterprise strategic alliance partner selection is appropriate in the perspective of technological innovation directly deals with the success or failure of future alliance.Choosing the sample companies in domestic AI concept stocks,the paper forecasts the future technological innovation input and output indicators of target companies and sample companies by constructing the grey prediction-super-efficiency DEA model based on the input output data of each DMU’s technological innovation from 2016 to 2020.It selects and determines the strategic alliance partner of target companies based on the measurement of innovation efficiency and the ranking changes.The results show that the AI enterprise strategic alliance partner selection in the perspective of technological innovation has a significant impact on the innovation efficiency level and the future development of the alliance.Through a comprehensive analysis of target companies and strategic alliance,it puts forward three types of alliance,namely win-win alliance,unilateral alliance and unintentional alliance partner,and gradually determines the strategic alliance partner of target companies.This provides the reference for the management practice of how Chinese AI companies or companies in other industries select strategic alliance partner.
