摘要
本文简要介绍了贫煤锅炉低氮燃烧改造后锅炉燃烧区域水冷壁出现结焦加剧、频繁掉焦时严重影响锅炉稳燃问题,深入分析了贫煤锅炉低氮燃烧改造后结焦加剧的原因,并对目前采取的结焦防治措施效果进行了对比,进而提出了最优的防治锅炉结焦的措施建议。
This article briefly introduces the coking aggravation and frequent coke dropping in the water-cooled wall of the boiler combustion area after the low-nitrogen combustion reformation of the lean coal boiler,which seriously affects the combustion stability of the boiler.It deeply analyzes the reasons for the coking aggravation after the low-nitrogen combustion reformation of the lean coal boiler,and compares the effects of the currently adopted coking prevention measures,and accordingly proposes the optimal measures to prevent and control boiler coking.
