摘要
在大数据时代背景下,国有企业人力资源管理面临着更大的机遇与挑战。信息技术的快速发展和智能设备的广泛使用,使得各种数据大幅增加,而巨大数据资源的处理整合又催生出新的信息技术,大数据的运用是推动社会发展的重要动力,所以要借助大数据技术推行新的技术和管理理念,对国有企业人力资源管理创新改革。本文主要分析了国有企业人力资源管理存在的问题,对大数据技术在国有企业人力资源管理中的运用,提出相关的优化策略。
In the context of the big data era,human resource management in state-owned enterprises is facing greater opportunities and challenges.The rapid development of information technology and the widespread use of smart devices have greatly increased all kinds of data,and the processing and integration of huge data resources has spawned new information technologies.The use of big data is an important driving force for social development,so big data technology should be used to promote new technology and management concepts,and innovate and reform the human resource management of state-owned enterprises.This article mainly analyzes the existing problems of human resource management in state-owned enterprises,and proposes relevant optimization strategies for the application of big data technology in human resource management of state-owned enterprises.
