数字经济就业情况分析

Analysis of employment in digital economy

数字经济不仅成为驱动我国国民经济增长的新引擎,而且培育了多元化的就业需求,扩大了更广泛的就业领域。基于国内现有文献,先从我国数字经济现状出发,着重分析数字经济就业特征以及数字经济对就业的影响,然后对数字经济如何促进更高质量就业提出对策建议和未来展望。

Digital economy has not only become a new engine driving China's national economic growth,but also fostered diversified employment demand and expanded a wider range of employment fields.Based on the existing domestic literature,starting from the current situation of China's digital economy,this paper focuses on analyzing the characteristics of digital economy employment and the pros and cons of digital economy on employment,and finally puts forward countermeasures and suggestions,future prospects for how digital economy can promote higher quality employment.
