甲状腺功能正常的绝经后女性TSH水平与血脂水平的相关性研究

Correlation between TSH level and blood lipid level in postmenopausal women with normal thyroid function

目的 探讨甲状腺功能正常的绝经后女性促甲状腺激素(TSH)水平与血脂水平的关系。方法 选取2017年1月至2018年12月该院住院的480例绝经后女性患者,按TSH水平将其从低到高分为4组,其中A组(0.30~<1.00mIU/L)108例,B组(1.00~<1.90mIU/L)140例,C组(1.90~<2.50mIU/L)99例,D组(2.50~4.80 mIU/L)133例。比较各组总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平变化,并分析TSH水平与血脂水平相关性。结果 D组TC、LDL-C水平明显高于A、B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清TSH水平分别与TC、LDL-C水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 甲状腺功能正常的绝经后女性TSH水平与TC、LDL-C水平呈明显正相关。

Objective To investigate the relationship between thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)level and blood lipid level in postmenopausal women with normal thyroid function.Methods 480 postmenopausal female patients hospitalized in the hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were divided into 4 groups according to TSH level,including 108 cases in group A(0.30-<1.00 mIU/L),140 cases in group B(1.00-<1.90 mIU/L),99 cases in group C(1.90-<2.50 mIU/L)and 133 cases in group D(2.50-4.80 mIU/L).The changes of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in each group were compared,and the correlation between TSH level and blood lipid level was analyzed.Results The levels of TC and LDL-C in the group D were significantly higher than those in the group A and the B(P<0.05).Serum TSH levels were positively correlated with TC and LDL-C levels respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion TSH level is positively correlated with TC and LDL-C levels in postmenopausal women with normal thyroid function.
