武陵山片区居民脑卒中一级预防知识知晓度及相关影响因素分析

Analysis of knowledge awareness and related influencing factors of primary prevention of stroke among residents in Wuling mountain area

目的 了解武陵山片区居民脑卒中一级预防知识知晓度,并对其相关影响因素进行分析。方法采取整体随机抽样法抽取武陵山片区常住居民825名,自行设计调查问卷进行调查分析。结果 武陵山片区居民脑卒中一级预防知识总体知晓度为36.09%(288/798)。患有不同基础疾病的居民对脑卒中一级预防知识的知晓度高于无基础疾病的居民。不同性别、年龄、居住地、民族、文化程度及是否有固定工作居民脑卒中一级预防知识知晓程度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。家人、朋友和纸媒书籍2项的应答率和普及率明显高于其他几项,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论 武陵山片区居民脑卒中一级预防知识知晓度较低,性别、年龄、居住地、民族、文化程度、基础疾病等是居民脑卒中一级预防知识知晓度的影响因素。

Objective To understand the awareness of primary prevention knowledge of stroke among residents in Wuling mountain area,and analyze its related influencing factors.Methods 825 permanent residents in Wuling mountain area were selected by overall random sampling method,and a questionnaire was designed for investigation and analysis.Results The overall awareness of primary prevention knowledge of stroke among residents in Wuling mountain area was 36.09%(288/798).The awareness rate of primary prevention knowledge of stroke among residents with different basic diseases was higher than that of residents without basic diseases.There were significant differences in the awareness rate of primary prevention knowledge of stroke among residents with different gender,age,place of residence,nationality,educational level and fixed work or not(P<0.05).The response rate and popularization rate of family,friends and paper books were significantly higher than those of other items,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The awareness of primary prevention knowledge of stroke among residents in Wuling mountain area is low.The gender,age,place of residence,nationality,education level and basic diseases are the influencing factors of the residents′awareness of primary prevention knowledge of stroke.
