张斌霞教授认为精神因素是高血压发病之诱因,气阴两虚、脾肾俱亏为致病之本,风火上炎、痰瘀结内是致病之标;治疗时应标本兼顾,以益气养阴,健脾补肾为主以治其本,以平肝潜阳,疏通经络为辅治其标,并防传变,以血压宁汤治疗高血压,并附验案。
