针刺联合正骨手法对产后骨盆环损伤综合征患者JOA和ODI的改善效果

Effects of Needling Combined with Bone Setting Manipulaion on JOA and ODI in Patients with PPRI

目的:探讨针刺联合正骨手法对产后骨盆环损伤综合征(postnatal pelvic ring injury,PPRI)患者日本骨科协会评估治疗评分(Japanese orthopaedic association scores,JOA)和腰椎Oswestry功能障碍指数(oswestry disability index,ODI)的改善效果。方法:按照随机数字表法将86例PPRI患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组43例,对照组给予常规康复联合正骨手法治疗,观察组给予常规康复、正骨手法及针刺治疗。观察两组干预前后JOA评分、ODI和疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogue score,VAS评分)及临床疗效。结果:干预后两组JOA评分均高于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组增高更明显(P<0.05);干预后两组VAS和ODI均较干预前显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组降低更明显(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率[96.67%(42/43)]高于对照组[81.40%(35/43)](P<0.05)。结论:针刺联合正骨手法治疗PPRI,可改善患者腰椎功能,减轻疼痛程度,提高临床有效率。

Objective:To discuss the effects of needling and bone setting manipulation on ODI and JOA in PPRI patients.Methods:All 86 PPRI patients were allocated to the observation group and the control group according to random number table method,with 43 cases in each group,the control group accepted conventional rehabilitation and bone setting manipulation,and the observation group conventional rehabilitation,bone setting manipulation and acupuncture.To observe JOA,ODI,VAS scores and clinical effects before and after the intervention.Results:After the intervention,JOA scores of both groups were higher than these before the intervention(P<0.05),and the increase of the observation group was more notable(P<0.05);after the intervention,VAS and ODI of both groups lowered than these before the intervention remarkably(P<0.05),and the decrease of the observation group was more notable(P<0.05);total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%(42/43),higher than 81.40%(35/43)of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Needling and bone setting manipulation in treating PPRI could improve lumbar function,relieve the degree of pain and lift clinical effective rate.
