PMSM Control System Based on Improved Sliding Mode Observer

摘要 针对永磁同步电机(PMSM)控制系统中常用位置传感器来获取速度反馈信息造成的系统体积大、成本高的问题,采用一种自适应滑模观测器(SMO)代替传统位置传感器来估计PMSM的位置和速度信息。基于磁场定向控制(FOC)理论,在Matlab/Simulink平台搭建基于改进滑模观测器的PMSM双闭环控制系统。以TMS320F28335微控制器和EPM570T144C5可编程逻辑器件为核心设计硬件实验平台。仿真和实验结果均表明,改进的滑模观测器较好地抑制了系统抖振并提高了速度观测的准确性,PMSM控制系统的动态性能也得到了改善。 In order to solve the problem of large volume and high cost of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)control system,an adaptive sliding mode observer(SMO)was proposed to estimate the PMSM position and speed information instead of the traditional position sensor.Based on the theory of field-oriented control(FOC),a PMSM double closed-loop control system based on the improved sliding mode observer was built on Matlab/Simulink platform.The TMS320F28335 microcontroller and EPM570T144C5 programmable logic device were used as the core to design the hardware experiment platform.Simulation and experimental results showed that the improved sliding mode observer could suppress the system chattering and improve the accuracy of velocity observation,and the dynamic performance of the PMSM control system was also improved.
