中国铁路隧道智能化建造实现路径探讨 被引量:19

摘要 隧道建造技术的发展是一个复杂的系统变革过程,隧道智能化建造是当前隧道建造技术的发展方向。通过归纳总结隧道建造技术发展的4个阶段,在概述我国改革开放以来铁路隧道总体发展成就基础上,论述了隧道智能化建造的必要性,探讨铁路隧道智能化建造所面临的挑战,提出智能化建造的基本概念与涵盖范围,阐述了功能架构及技术组成,从多源异构地质信息融合及智能判释、围岩质量智能评价、智能化设计理论及方法、智能化施工技术及信息化管控平台等5个方面,详细论述了发展现状、剖析了存在问题并对应提出了技术提升方向与实现路径。最后围绕建造目标及建造模式两个方面提出了智能化建造愿景,为隧道智能化建设领域的决策者与工作者提供一定的技术支撑与研究思路。 The development of tunnel construction technology is a complexprocess of system transformation.Intelligent tunnel construction is the current development direction of tunnel construction technology.On the basis of summarizing the four stages of the development of tunnel construction technology and the overall achievements in terms of railway tunnelssince the reform and opening up in China,this paper discussed the necessity of the intelligent construction of tunnels and the challenges faced by the intelligent construction.Having put forward the basic concept and coverage of the intelligent construction,the paper expounded the functional framework and technical composition.The paper further discussed the development status,analyzed the existing problems,and put forward the technical improvement direction and implementation path from the following aspects of multi-source heterogeneous geological information fusion and intelligent judgment,intelligent evaluation of surrounding rock quality,intelligent design theory and method,intelligent construction technology and information management and control platform.Finally,the vision of intelligent construction was proposed around two aspects of construction objectives and construction modes,providing some technical support and research ideas for decision makers and workers in the field of intelligent tunnel construction.
