均质化处理对锂基润滑脂微观结构和性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为探讨均质化对润滑脂稠化剂微观结构和性能影响,利用精密三辊研磨机以不同辊间距研磨锂基润滑脂,系统研究研磨前后锂基润滑脂的微观结构、锥入度、滴点、机械安定性、胶体安定性和流变学性能,并分析稠化剂微观结构与润滑脂性能的相关性。结果表明:与未研磨的润滑脂相比,研磨可提高锂基润滑脂稠化剂的分散均匀程度;研磨后润滑脂的锥入度显著降低;随着研磨辊间距的减小,胶体安定性和结构强度逐渐升高,机械安定性降低;润滑脂的性能与稠化剂的微观结构具有显著的相关性,锂基润滑脂性能的变化是由于研磨处理使稠化剂和基础油相互作用的比表面积增大,从而增强了其相互作用力。 In order to study the effect of homogenization treatment on microstructure and properties of grease,lithium grease was milled by precision three-roller mill with different roller spacing.The microstructure,cone penetration,dropping point,mechanical stability,colloidal stability and rheological properties of the lithium grease before and after milling were systematically studied,and the correlation between the performance of grease and the microstructure of thickener was analyzed.The results show that the milling can improve the uniformity of the lithium grease thickener compared with the non-milling grease.The penetration value of the milled grease decreases significantly.As the roller spacing decreasing,the colloid stability and the structural strength of the milled grease gradually increase,while the mechanical stability decreases.There is a significant correlation between the performance of grease and the microstructure of thickener.The milling can improve the dispersion of thickener.The change in the performance of lithium grease is due to the increase in the specific surface area between the thickener and the base oil because of milling treatment,which increases the interaction force.
