摘要
对严寒地区哈大、哈齐高速铁路CRTSⅠ型水泥乳化沥青(CA)砂浆充填层的服役状态进行了观测与分析。结果表明:CA砂浆充填层整体性能良好,能够满足列车快速安全运营要求,但其局部出现了一些伤损,主要表现为竖向裂纹、横向裂纹、离缝、掉块移位、灌注袋破损等,其中充填层竖向裂纹、离缝和灌注袋破损较为普遍。随着线路由南向北和服役时间的增加,竖向裂纹数量逐渐增多,且向阳面充填层的竖向裂纹数量显著多于背阴面;约30%的离缝达到Ⅲ级伤损等级;充填层横向裂纹、掉块等伤损零星存在。综合分析发现气候因素是导致CA砂浆充填层性能劣化的主要因素,应加强对病害部位的跟踪观测并及时进行维修与封闭,防止或延缓伤损的发展,进而延长其服役寿命。
The service status of cement emulsified asphalt(CA)mortar filling layer of Harbin-Dalian and Harbin-Qiqihar high speed railways in severe cold area is investigated. The results show that the performance of CA mortar filling layer is good and it can ensure the safety and rapid operation requirement of trains. However,there are some damages on the CA mortar filling layer,and the disease forms are mainly vertical cracks,transverse cracks,gap,dropping pieces,damage of filling bag and so on. Vertical cracks,gap and damage of filling bag are common in the filling layer. With the railway from south to north and the increase of service time,the number of vertical cracks gradually increases,and the number of vertical cracks in the filling layer on the sunny side is significantly more than that on the shady side. About 30% of gap reached grade Ⅲ damage.There are few transverse cracks,dropping pieces and other damages in the filling layer. Through comprehensive analysis,it is found that the climate factor is the main factor leading to the performance degradation of CA mortar filling layer. The tracking observation of the diseased parts should be strengthened,and timely maintenance and sealing should be carried out to prevent or delay the development of damage,so as to prolong its service life.
