CRP与血常规联合检测在小儿急性上呼吸道感染中的临床价值分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的分析C反应蛋白(CRP)与血常规联合检测在小儿急性上呼吸道感染中的临床价值。方法60例小儿急性上呼吸道感染患儿,采用电脑随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组接受常规诊断,观察组接受CRP联合血常规检查。比较两组患儿的确诊率,感染因子(呼吸道合胞病毒、腺病毒、副流感病毒、流感病毒)诊断阳性率。结果观察组患儿中,25例白细胞计数(WBC)、CRP同时增高,27例CRP增高,28例WBC增高。观察组患儿的确诊率96.67%高于对照组的70.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的呼吸道合胞病毒诊断阳性率33.33%、腺病毒诊断阳性率33.33%、副流感病毒诊断阳性率36.67%、流感病毒诊断阳性率36.67%均高于对照组的10.00%、10.00%、13.33%、10.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床在检查小儿急性上呼吸道感染时,可将CRP与血常规两种方式联合使用,检出准确率更高,可明确患儿感染因子,以及时实施对症干预,利于患儿病情恢复。 Objective To analyze the clinical value of combined detection of C-reactive protein(CRP)and routine blood test in children with acute upper respiratory tract infection.Methods A total of 60 children with acute upper respiratory tract infection were divided into control group and observation group by computer random numerical table,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional diagnosis,and the observation group received CRP combined with routine blood test.The diagnosis rates,and positive rates of infectious factors(respiratory syncytial virus,adenovirus,parainfluenza virus,influenza virus)of the two groups were compared.Results Among the children in the observation group,25 cases had an increased white blood cell count(WBC)and CRP at the same time,27 cases had an increased CRP and 28 cases had an increased WBC.The diagnosis rate 96.67%of the observation group was higher than 70.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rates of respiratory syncytial virus,adenovirus,parainfluenza virus,influenza virus of the observation group were 33.33%,33.33%,36.67%,and 36.67%,which were higher than 10.00%,10.00%,13.33%and 10.00%of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical examination of children with acute upper respiratory tract infection,CRPand blood routine can be used in combination to detect more accurately,which can clarify the infection factor of the children and implement timely symptomatic interventions to facilitate the recovery of the children’s condition.
