摘要
目的评价双源CT低管电压联合高级迭代重建技术(advanced modeled iterative reconstruction algorithm,ADMIRE)的图像质量及辐射剂量,探讨该技术对肺癌的诊断价值。方法选取我院行胸部双源CT检查的肺癌患者共42例,分为实验组及对照组各21例。实验组采用管电压为90 kV扫描并利用ADMIREE技术进行图像重建,对照组采用常规120 kV扫描,图像重建采用常规反滤波投影法。比较两组图像的噪声、信噪比、辐射剂量,同时比较两组图像诊断肺癌的敏感性、特异性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值、约登指数;P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果实验组图像质量与对照组无明显差异,但是实验组辐射剂量明显降低。实验组及对照组对肺癌的诊断准确性、敏感性、特异性无明显变化。结论利用双源CT低管电压联合高级迭代重建技术可以降低患者辐射剂量并且不影响图像质量。
Objective To evaluate the image quality and radiation dose of dual-source CT low-tube voltage combined with advanced iterative reconstruction technique(advanced modeled iterative reconstruction algorithm,ADMIREEE),and to explore the diagnostic value in lung cancer.Methods All of 42 patients with lung tumors who underwent chest dual source CT examination in our hospital from December 2019 to June 2020 were selected,with 21 cases in the experimental group and 21 cases in the control group.The experimental group was scanned with 90 kV tube voltage and the image was reconstructed by ADMIREE,while the control group was scanned by conventional 120 kV,and the image was reconstructed by conventional inverse filter projection.The noise,signal-to-noise ratio and radiation dose of the two groups were compared,and the sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value and Jordan index of lung cancer were compared between the two groups(P<0.05).Results There was no significant difference in image quality between the experimental group and the control group,but the radiation dose decreased significantly in the experimental group.There was no significant change in the diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of lung cancer between the experimental group and the control group.Conclusion Dual-source CT low tube voltage combined with advanced iterative reconstruction technique can reduce the radiation dose of patients without affecting image quality and diagnostic confidence.
