摘要
现有研究表明剪切波弹性成像可以较为准确地诊断许多类型的周围神经病变,甚至在某些疾病的亚临床阶段即可发现异常。本文就剪切波弹性成像的基本原理及在周围神经系统中的研究及应用做一综述。
Existing studies have shown that shear wave elastography can relatively accurately diagnose many types of peripheral neuropathy,even in the subclinical stage of some diseases.This article reviews the basic principle of shear wave elastography and its research and application in the peripheral nervous system.
