OPO人眼安全激光测距机的脉冲驱动电源设计

摘要 针对OPO人眼安全激光测距机对驱动电源的实际使用需求,兼顾高可靠性、小型化设计原则,设计了一款具有多重保护功能的脉冲驱动电源。采用了储能网络配合开关电路的总体技术方案。详细电路设计中,输入保护电路采用集成电路LT4363和MOS管相结合的方式;充电电路采用以集成电路UC2846为控制芯片的BOOST变换器结构;储能网络选用具有超低等效串联电阻的非固体电解质高能混合钽电容器;放电开关管选用两个大功率N沟道MOS管IRFP4668相并联实现;放电保护电路采用电压滞回比较器和逻辑电路相结合的方式。试验结果表明,驱动电源能够输出峰值为220 A,脉宽为230μs,重复频率20 Hz的脉冲电流,且保护功能全、体积小、重量轻,能够配合OPO人眼安全激光测距机实现19.5 km目标测距,满足系统使用需求,具有重要的应用价值。 To meet OPO eye-safe laser rangefinder’s demand, a driving power supply having multiple protection functions is designed with consideration to design principles of high reliability and miniaturization. The overall scheme uses a way of combination of energy storage network and switch circuits. In detailed circuits design, input protection circuits adopt a means of integrated circuit LT4363 combining with MOSFETs;charging circuits make use of BOOST converter topology whose controlling IC is UC2846;energy storage network chooses non-solid electrolyte high-energy mixed tantalum capacitor with ultra-low equivalent series resistance;discharging switching transistors employs a parallel of two high power N-channel MOSFETs IRFP4668;a combination of voltage hysteresis comparator and logical circuits is put to use in designing discharging protection circuits. Test results show that the driving power supply can output a pulse current whose peak value reaches 220 A, pulse width reaches 230 μs, frequency is 20 Hz and has multiple protective functions, small volume, light weight, which can cooperate with OPO eye-safe laser rangefinder to measure the 19.5 km goal. Therefore the pulsed driving power supply can meet system’s actual demand and has important application value.
