分布式光伏项目国企开发模式及风险研究 被引量:7

摘要 分布式新能源发电低碳清洁、因地制宜、开发潜力巨大,是应对气候变化、化石能源资源枯竭和环境污染,推动能源革命,实现我国“30·60”双碳目标的重要途径。国有企业作为我国国民经济的中坚力量,对于促进我国分布式新能源快速健康发展具有不可替代的作用。文章系统梳理了我国分布式光伏产业的发展现状,总结了不同分布式光伏项目客户类型的特点及其盈利模式,分析了不同开发模式可能面临的风险以及国有企业参与分布式光伏项目开发的优、劣势,研究成果可为国有企业开发分布式光伏项目提供参考。 Distributed new energy power generation is low-carbon,clean,adaptable to local conditions,and has great development potential.It is an important way to address climate change,depletion of fossil energy resources and environmental pollution,promoting the energy revolution,and realizing my country s“30·60”carbon dioxide emission and carbon neutrality.As the backbone of China s national economy,state-owned enterprises play an irreplaceable role in promoting the rapid and healthy development of distributed new energy in China.In this paper,the development status of China s distributed photovoltaic industry is systematically sorted out,the characteristics of different distributed photovoltaic project customer types and their profitability models are summarised,the possible risks faced by different development models and the advantages and disadvantages of state-owned enterprises participating in the development of distributed photovoltaic projects are analysed.The research results provide a reference for the issue of state-owned enterprises developing distributed photovoltaic projects.
