电网风险协同管控体系构建与应用技术分析

摘要 我国已发展到大电网时代,必须对电网实施智能化风险管控。为了对作业相关的工作风险实施闭环的一体化管理,将风险管控与具体安全生产过程紧密结合起来,构建了电网风险协同管控体系,为供电企业制定了一套具备持续发展性能的运行安全风险管控机制,以提高供电企业在作业安全风险方面的实际管理水平。结合某变电站的一次检修实例,对该方法的有效性加以验证。 China has developed into the era of large power grid,and it is necessary to implement intelligent risk management and control for power grid.In order to implement closed-loop integrated management of work-related work risks,the risk management and control are closely integrated with specific safety production processes,and a coordinated power grid risk management and control system is constructed,and a set of operational safety risk management and control with sustainable development performance is developed for power supply companies,which improve the actual management level of operation safety risk of power supply enterprises.Combined with a maintenance example of a substation,the effectiveness of this method is verified.
