摘要
针对当前高处作业安全工器具在电力设施高空作业的局限性,基于物联网技术设计研发了一个模块化的作业平台。该平台以绝缘环氧拉挤管为主体材料,通过嵌套连接件形成灵活的嵌套多层模块化结构,同时将高度传感模块、重量传感模块、水平传感模块、近电报警系统及实时通信系统应用到平台设计中。该物联网技术替代了传统的人工监督,更好地确保了作业过程规范安全,降低运维人员的安全隐患,提高电线运维单位的检修水平。
Aiming at the limitations of the safety tools in high altitude operation of power facilities,a modular work platform is designed and developed based on the internet of things technology.Using insulated epoxy pultruded pipe as the main material,a flexible nested multi-layer modular structure is formed through nested connectors.At the same time,height sensor module,weight sensor module,level sensor module,near electricity alarm system and real-time communication system are applied to the platform design.The Internet of things technology replaces the traditional manual supervision,better ensures the standardized safety of the operation process,reduces the potential safety hazards of operation and maintenance personnel,and improves the maintenance level of wire operation and maintenance units.
