基于特高压换流阀冷却水管活接头的智能型力矩扳手设计 被引量:1

摘要 针对冷却系统在特高压换流阀可靠运行中所起到的重要作用和目前市场上缺乏专用于换流阀冷却水管活接头安装的力矩扳手现状,首先分析了换流阀冷却系统的构成和水管活接头安装存在的问题,其次基于换流阀冷却系统管道安装的特点和复杂性,提出了适用于换流阀冷却水管活接头安装的力矩扳手应具有的功能,最后设计了一种智能型力矩扳手,并介绍了该扳手的构成元件、操作方案和维护策略。所提设计方案能够实现换流阀冷却系统水管活接头安装工艺的数据化、标准化、智能化,提升现场安装效率,在实际工程中具有一定的应用价值。 In view of the important role of cooling system in the reliable operation of UHV converter valve and the lack of torque wrench for the installation of cooling water pipe flexible joint of converter valve in the market,firstly,the composition of converter valve cooling system and the problems existing in the installation of water pipe joint are analyzed.Secondly,based on the characteristics and complexity of pipeline installation of converter valve cooling system,the functions of torque wrench suitable for converter valve cooling water pipe flexible joint installation are put forward.Finally,an intelligent torque wrench is designed,and its components,operation scheme and maintenance strategy are introduced.The proposed design scheme can realize the data,standardization and intelligence of the installation process of the water pipe flexible joint of the converter valve cooling system,improve the on-site installation efficiency,and has a certain application value in the actual project.
