摘要 总结了电力电缆转弯半径测量的常用方法,分析了已有工具的优缺点,提出了一种快速且准确测量电缆转弯半径的工具。该工具不包含激光测距、超声波接收器等复杂元件,依靠传统测量工具的组合搭配,结合转弯半径的计算特征,实现电缆外径、最小转弯半径和实际转弯半径的直接测量,运维人员可通过测量数据直接判断电缆敷设转弯半径是否符合要求。该工具具有简单易用、测量精度高、测量范围广泛和易于推广的优点。 The common methods for measuring the turning radius of power cables are summarized,the advantages and disadvantages of existing tools are analyzed,and a tool for quickly and accurately measuring the turning radius of cables is designed.The tool does not contain complex components such as laser ranging and ultrasonic receivers.It relies on the combination of traditional measurement tools and the calculation features of turning radius to achieve direct measurement of cable outer diameter,minimum turning radius and actual turning radius.The operation and maintenance personnel can directly judge whether the turning radius of the cable laying meets the requirements through the measurement data.This tool has the advantages of simplicity and ease of use,high measurement accuracy,wide measurement range and easy promotion.
