摘要
随着我国重载铁路货运机车的快速发展,机车的故障率与事故发生率相应上升,机车故障诊断技术的重要性也越来越突出。针对SS4B型机车主要设备的故障模式和诊断需求,采用基于传感器信息的动态故障树算法(DFTA),根据故障原因部位传感器采集的数据化简由故障树分析得到的故障原因。对传感器网络的拓扑结构、网络接口、网络协议进行了研究,使用C语言实现DFTA算法,对其进行测试验证。测试结果表明,当某些节点的状态通过外部传感器采集的数据确认正常后,可通过DFTA的测试程序得到更加精确的诊断结果。
With the rapid development of China's heavy-haul railway freight locomotives,the failure rate and accident rate of locomotives have increased,and the importance of locomotive fault diagnosis technology has become more and more prominent.In view of the failure mode and diagnosis requirements of the main equipment of SS4B locomotive,the dynamic fault tree algorithm(DFTA)based on sensor information is adopted.According to the data collected by the fault cause sensor,the fault cause obtained by fault tree analysis is simplified.The topology,network interface and network protocol of sensor networks are studied.The DFTA algorithm is implemented in C language and tested.The test results show that when the status of some nodes is confirmed to be normal by the data collected by external sensors,more accurate diagnosis results can be obtained through the test program of DFTA.
