摘要
在养老体系面临急速老龄化压力背景下,智慧养老顺应国家战略发展的同时面临重要发展机遇期,作为新兴养老服务模式面临多种机遇与挑战,对其研究的视角不应局限在产业形态、企业组织形态及养老服务模式之下,构建智慧养老评价指标体系势在必行。通过借鉴投入产出和产业链理论,采用层次分析法计算相应指标权重,构建了由“硬件应用、服务内容、服务模式、基础建设”共同构成的三级智慧养老评价指标体系,该指标体系数据全面,具有递阶性特点,充分体现智慧养老内涵,通过构建此指标体系最终实现智慧养老服务质量和服务效率的提升。
In the context of the rapid aging pressure of the elderly care system,smart elderly care conforms to the national strategic development while facing an important period of opportunities.As an emerging elderly care service model,it faces multiple opportunities and challenges,and its research perspective should not be limited to the industrial form,enterprise organizational form or put under the elderly service model.It is imperative to construct an evaluation index system for smart elderly care.This paper draws on input-output and industrial chain theory,and uses the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the index weights and construct a three-level smart elderly care evaluation index system consisting of“hardware manufacturing,service content,service mode and infrastructure”.The index system has comprehensive data and hierarchical characteristics,which fully reflects the connotation of smart elderly care.In this way,we can find ways to improve the quality and efficiency of smart elderly care services.
