传统手工技艺非遗传承人保护新路径--以内蒙古农业大学非物质文化遗产传承人群研修研习班为例

传统手工技艺是非物质文化遗产的一部分,非物质文化遗产保护背景下内蒙古自治区传统手工技艺传承人保护,必须根植于该区域的自然环境和文化传统,并且非常有必要从传承人的“活态性”传承、“地方知识”保护、“地域性”特质三个方面对传统手工技艺非物质文化遗产保护进行思考。内蒙古农业大学在国家有关政策倡导下,展开了内蒙古自治区高校以传承人“研培计划”保护文化遗产的新尝试,取得了可喜的成绩。

Traditional handicrafts is a part of intangible cultural heritage.The research on the protection prac-tice of the inheritors of Mongolian traditional handicrafts,from the perspective of the protection of intangible culture,must be rooted in the natural and cultural environments of the grassland.It is crucial to ponder on the intangible cultural heritage protection of traditional handicrafts from three aspects:inheritor's“living”inheritance“,local knowledge”protection and“regional”characteristics.Under the advocacy of relevant national policies,Inner Mon-golia Agricultural University has made a new attempt to protect the cultural heritage with the“research and training plan”of inheritors in colleges and universities of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,and gained remarkable achievements.
