现代化和全球化背景下人口较少民族的民俗文化变迁与保护--以达斡尔族、鄂温克族、鄂伦春族为例

On Changes and Protection of Folk Culture of Ethnic Groups with Small Population under the Background of Modernization and Globalization--Take Daur,Ewenki and Oroqen as Examples

在经济全球化、文化多元化的社会背景下,中国社会转型进入新的发展阶段。随着生产方式和生活方式的改变,达斡尔族、鄂温克族、鄂伦春族民俗文化的生存和发展受到了较大冲击。在微观层面对达斡尔族、鄂温克族、鄂伦春族的民俗文化变迁过程展开科学分析,应当将该过程置入现代化和全球化的大背景中加以考量,充分认识社会经济文化结构的变化对达斡尔族、鄂温克族、鄂伦春族民俗文化发展和变迁产生的深刻影响,积极消除民俗文化同时代发展和社会进步之间的矛盾,主动适应各种变化,使民俗文化在发展中生存并且焕发旺盛的生命力。宏观层面,达斡尔族、鄂温克族、鄂伦春族民俗文化既是草原文化的重要组成部分,也是极其宝贵的文化资源。传承和保护达斡尔族、鄂温克族、鄂伦春族民俗文化,不仅是建设中国特色社会主义文化以及实现中华民族伟大复兴的重要组成部分,而且是积极响应维护和促进文化多样性这一全球性时代主题的重要举措。

Under the social background of economic globalization and cultural diversity,China’s social transformation has entered a new stage of development.With the change of production mode and life style,the survival and development of folk culture of Daur,Ewenki and Oroqen have been greatly impacted. At the micro level,we should scientifically analyze the change process of the folk culture of the three ethnic groups,put it into the background of modernization and globalization,fully understand the profound impact of the change of social,economic and cultural structure on the development and change of their folk culture,and actively eliminate the contradictory relationship between folk culture and the development of the times and social progress,actively adapt to various changes to make it survive in development and radiate vigorous vitality.At the macro level,the folk culture of the Daur,Ewenki and Oroqen are not only an important part of grassland culture,but also an extremely valuable cultural resource.The inheritance and protection of them are not only an important part of building the culture of socialism with Chinese characteristics and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,but also an important measure to actively respond to the theme of the global era of maintaining and promoting cultural diversity.
