大学生心理控制源与学习倦怠的关系:应对方式的中介作用 被引量:2

The relationship between sources of psychological control and academic burnout among college students:the mediating effect of coping styles

摘要 目的了解大学生心理控制源、应对方式以及学习倦怠三者之间的关系,并在此基础上探讨大学生应对方式在心理控制源与学习倦怠之间的中介作用。方法采用内控性、有势力的他人及机遇量表、简易应对方式问卷以及青少年学习倦怠量表对586名在校大学生进行调查研究。结果内控性与学习倦怠呈负相关(r=-0.16,P<0.05),有势力的他人以及机遇均与学习倦怠呈正相关(r=0.25、0.28,均P<0.05);内控性与积极应对呈正相关(r=0.19,P<0.05),有势力的他人以及机遇均与积极应对呈显著负相关(r=-0.10、-0.14,均P<0.05);有势力的他人以及机遇均与消极应对呈正相关(r=0.32、0.31,均P<0.05);学习倦怠与积极应对呈负相关(r=-0.31,P<0.05),学习倦怠与消极应对方式呈正相关(r=0.15,P<0.05)。中介效应检验结果表明:积极应对在有势力的他人与学习倦怠之间的中介效应占总效应的17.14%;积极应对在机遇与学习倦怠之间的中介效应占总效应的20.45%;积极应对方式在内控性与学习倦怠之间的中介效应占总效应的31.25%。结论内控性越强的大学生,其应对方式表现得更为积极,学习倦怠出现的概率也会降低。外控性的大学生更偏向于采用消极的应对方式,更容易出现学习倦怠。 Objective To understand the relationship between psychological control sources,coping styles and academic burnout among college students,and on this basis,to explore the mediating effect of college students′coping styles in the relationship between psychological control sources and academic burnout.Methods A study was conducted on 586 college students using the internal control,powerful others and opportunities scale,the brief coping style questionnaire,and the Adolescent Burnout Scale.Results Internal control was negatively correlated with burnout(r=-0.16,P<0.05),while powerful others and opportunities were positively correlated with burnout(r=0.25,0.28,both P<0.05);internal control was positively correlated with positive coping(r=0.19,P<0.05),while powerful others and opportunities were significantly negatively correlated with positive coping(r=-0.10,-0.14,both P<0.05);powerful others as well as opportunities were positively correlated with negative coping(r=0.32,0.31,both P<0.05);academic burnout was negatively correlated with positive coping(r=-0.31,P<0.05),and academic burnout was positively correlated with negative coping style(r=0.15,P<0.05).The results of the mediating effect test showed that the mediating effect of positive coping between powerful others and academic burnout accounted for 17.14%of the total effect;the mediating effect of positive coping between opportunities and academic burnout accounted for 20.45%of the total effect;and the mediating effect of positive coping style between internal control and academic burnout accounted for 31.25%of the total effect.Conclusion College students with higher internal control showed more positive coping styles and lower probability of academic burnout.College students with external sources of control are more inclined to adopt negative coping styles and are more likely to experience academic burnout.
