复方精油穴位按摩对冠心病患者便秘症状的干预效果

The intervention effect of compound essential oil acupressure on constipation symptoms in patients with coronary heart disease

目的探讨复方精油穴位按摩对冠心病患者便秘症状的改善效果。方法选取2019年4月-2020年10月在重庆市某三甲中医院心血管内科诊治的66例冠心病合并便秘患者作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组与研究组,每组33例。研究组和对照组均进行冠心病患者常规护理。对照组患者采取传统介质穴位按摩。研究组患者采用复方精油穴位按摩。比较2组患者干预第1、2周时Bristol粪便性状量表评分;比较2组患者干预前及干预2周时便秘患者症状自评量表(PAC-SYM)评分;比较2组患者干预第1周和干预第2周的排便次数。结果干预第1、2周时2组患者大便Bristol评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组患者干预第1、2周大便次数及干预2周大便总次数均多于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时2组患者干预第2周大便次数均多于干预第1周,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预第2周时,2组患者PAC-SYM量表中直肠症状、腹部症状评分及PAC-SYM总分均低于干预前,且研究组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗总有效率为96.43%,高于对照组的74.19%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方精油穴位按摩对冠心病患者便秘症状的改善有积极作用,其能改善患者直肠症状、腹部症状,增加患者排便次数,临床效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the improvement effect of compound essential oil acupressure on constipation symptoms in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods Sixty-six patients with coronary heart disease combined with constipation who were treated in the cardiovascular medicine department of a tertiary care Traditional Chinese Medicine hospital in Chongqing from April 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the study subjects.A random number table method was used to divide the patients into a control group and a study group,with 33 cases in each group.Both the study group and the control group underwent routine care for patients with coronary heart disease.Patients in the control group were given traditional acupressure.Patients in the study group were treated with compound essential oil acupressure.The scores of bristol stool characterization scale at the 1st and 2nd week of intervention were compared between the 2 groups;the scores of patient assessment of constipation-symptoms(PAC-SYM)before and at the 2nd week of intervention were compared between the 2 groups;the number of bowel movements at the 1st and 2nd week of intervention were compared between the 2 groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference between the stool Bristol scores of patients in the 2 groups at weeks 1 and 2 of the intervention(P>0.05).The number of defacation in the 1st and 2nd week of intervention and the total number of defacation in the 2nd week of intervention were higher in the study group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),while the number of defacation in the 2nd week of intervention was higher in both groups than in the 1st week of intervention;the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).At the second week of intervention,the scores of rectal symptoms,abdominal symptoms and total score of PAC-SYM in the PAC-SYM scale were lower than those before the intervention in both groups,and it was lower in the study group than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total treatment efficacy of patients in the study group was 96.43%,which was higher than that of the control group(74.19%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound essential oil acupressure has a positive effect on the improvement of constipation symptoms in patients with coronary heart disease,which can improve patients'rectal symptoms and abdominal symptoms,increase the frequency of defecation and improve the therapeutic effect,with significant clinical effect,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
