量化管理护理在急性中毒患者院前急救中的应用效果

Effect of quantitative management care in pre-hospital emergency care of acute poisoning patients

目的探讨量化管理护理在急性中毒患者院前急救中的应用效果。方法选取河南省某医院2019年3月—2020年3月急诊科出诊救治的155例急性中毒患者为研究对象。采用随机数字表法,将患者分为观察组(n=78)和对照组(n=77)。对照组患者采用常规院前急救护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上采用量化管理护理。比较2组患者的治疗依从性、康复情况及生存质量。结果观察组患者依从率为96.16%,高于对照组的83.12%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者生命体征、意识情况、重要脏器损伤及中毒症状改善情况评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者生存质量优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论量化管理护理应用于急性中毒患者院前急救中,能提高患者依从性,改善患者康复情况及生存质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of quantitative management nursing in pre-hospital emergency care for acute poisoning patients.Methods One hundred and fifty-five cases of acute poisoning patients who were treated in the emergency department of a hospital in Henan province from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the study subjects.Using the random number table method,patients were divided into an observation group(n=78)and a control group(n=77).Patients in the control group received conventional pre-hospital emergency care,and patients in the observation group were given quantitative management care on the basis of the control group.The treatment compliance,recovery and survival quality of patients in the 2 groups were compared.Results The compliance rate of patients in the observation group was 96.16%,higher than that of 83.12%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The vital signs,consciousness,important organ damage and poisoning symptom scores of patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent survival quality rate of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Quantitative management nursing applied to pre-hospital emergency care for acute poisoning patients can improve patients'compliance,recovery and survival quality,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
