个性化护理干预在肺癌术后患者高压泵雾化吸入治疗中的应用

Application of Personalized Nursing Intervention in Treatment of High-pressure Pump Atomization Inhalation among Postoperative Patients with Lung Cancer

目的:探讨个性化护理干预在肺癌术后患者高压泵雾化吸入治疗中的应用效果。方法:将2020年6月1日~2021年6月30日住院治疗的62例肺癌术后患者随机分为观察组32例和对照组30例,观察组采用个性化护理干预,对照组采用常规护理干预,比较两组患者干预效果。结果:观察组排痰有效率为96.9%,对照组排痰有效率为73.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者生活质量各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对肺癌术后高压泵雾化吸入患者实施个性化护理干预措施,可有效提高患者排痰有效率、缩短住院时间,改善患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To explore the application effect of personalized nursing intervention in treatment of high-pressure pump atomization inhalation among postoperative patients with lung cancer.Methods:A total of 62 postoperative patients with lung cancer admitted during June 1,2020 to June 30,2021 were randomly divided into the observation group with 32 cases and the control group with 30 cases,the observation group was given personalized nursing group were treated with personalized nursing intervention,and the control group was given routine nursing group.The curative effects between the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of sputum excretion in the observation group was 96.9%,and that in the control group was 73.3%,with significant difference(P<0.05).The length of hospital stay in the observatiom group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);The patient quality of life dimensional scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of personalized nursing intervention in treatment of high-pressure pump atomization inhalation among postoperative patients with lung cance can effectively improve their sputum excretion efficiency,shorten their hospitalization stay,improve their quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
