基于“湿邪致病”认识腹泻型肠易激综合征

Understanding diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome based on the theory of “dampness pathogens causing diseases”

湿邪作为中医外感和内伤的重要致病因素,腹泻型肠易激综合征诸多症状与多湿环境、多湿体质、湿邪阻遏气机、湿邪困脾、脾肾阳虚等密切相关,故充分了解其病机关键,掌握核心治法是治疗该病的重点。以"湿邪致病"为理论引导,经过大量文献梳理及反复临床实践,从中医病因病机及西医生理病理机制方面揭示湿邪与腹泻型肠易激综合征的内在联系,以"温肾健脾调枢法"为基本治则,以期更有针对性地为临床诊疗提供借鉴。

Professor Wei Wei believes that dampness pathogen is an important pathogenic factor of exogenous diseases and internal damages in Chinese medicine,and many symptoms of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome are closely related to a humid environment,a damp constitution,dampness obstructing qi movement,dampness disturbing the spleen,yang deficiency of the spleen and kidneys,so fully understanding its key pathogenesis and mastering the core treatment method are the key points for the treatment of the disease.Guided by the theory of dampness pathogens causing diseases,after conducting a large number of literature reviews and repeated clinical practice,this paper means to reveal the internal relationship between dampness and diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome from its etiology and pathogenesis of Chinese medicine and its physiological and pathological mechanisms of western medicine,and takes “the method of warming kidneys,invigorating the spleen and regulating the key point of the disease” as the basic treatment principle,in order to provide a reference for its clinical diagnosis and treatment in a more targeted way.
