摘要
本文通过查阅近十年中药蒸制文献,对中药蒸制的工艺、化学成分的影响以及原理进行归纳与整理,发现现有蒸制工艺主要包括清蒸、加辅料蒸、九蒸九晒三种,蒸制时间、温度和料液比是重要工艺参数,蒸制前后有效成分均有较大变化,而毒性成分含量降低,加热和水解有可能是其成分变化的原因。通过相关文献的分析与总结,以期为规范中药蒸制工艺,进一步研究其炮制原理提供参考和依据。
By referring to the related literature on TCM steaming processes in the past ten years,this paper summarizes and sorts out the typical TCM steaming processes,their influence on chemical components and their principles.It is found that the existing steaming processes mainly include steaming raw materials separately,steaming with adjuvant materials,and nine-time repeatedly steaming and sun-drying.The steaming time,temperature,and material-to-liquid ratio are important parameters.The active ingredients change greatly after steaming,and the content of toxic ingredients decreases,while heating and hydrolysis may be the reasons for the ingredient changes.The analysis and summary of relevant literature is expected to provide a reference and basis for standardizing TCM steaming processes and further studying their principles.
