摘要
混合动力技术是汽车节能技术的重要发展方向,其关键核心是机电耦合技术。通过对比分析各类型混合动力机电耦合系统的优缺点,提出了一种新型机电耦合系统方案。该系统方案包含串联和功率分流两大工作模式,具备本田i-MMD和丰田THS混动系统的两种特点。利用合理的模式控制策略,可有效避免本田i-MMD混动系统高速高扭工况效率低和丰田THS系统高速低扭工况功率回流的一些问题,为混合动力的机电耦合系统开发提供了一种解决方案。
Energy saving technology is one of the most important development directions for hybrid powertrain technology,and the core is to develop an advanced hybrid transmission system.By comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of various types of hybrid mechanical coupling systems,a new mechanical coupling system scheme was proposed.The system scheme included two working modes:series mode and power split mode,which had the dual advantages of Honda i-MMD hybrid system and Toyota THS hybrid system.Using reasonable mode control strategies can effectively avoid some problems of low efficiency under high-speed and high torque conditions of Honda i-MMD hybrid system and power backflow under high-speed and low torque conditions of Toyota THS system,which provides a solution for the development of mechanical coupling system of hybrid power.
