摘要
通过分析承载式皮卡车身结构,定义了后减震器安装点的动刚度要求。针对承载式皮卡特殊断面,提出加强Y向动刚度的概念形式,通过普式分析选取结构形式,并使用六西格玛设计工具对车身结构进一步优化设计。计算结果表明:在满足动刚度要求的同时,实现了车身结构的精益化设计。
The dynamic stiffness of the rear mount fix structure was defined by analyzing the body structure of the body framing integration(BFI)pickup vehicle.In view of the special section of BFI pickup vehicle,the concept form of strengthening the Y-directional dynamic stiffness was proposed;the structural form was selected through the general analysis;and the body structure was further optimized by design for six sigma(DFSS)tool.Calculation results show that while meeting the dynamic stiffness requirements,the lean design of the body structure is realized.
