摘要
碳交易体系设计核心目的是建立长效机制,推动供给端的节能减排是交通行业最重要的构成,也是碳达峰和碳中和的中坚力量。针对碳排放问题,文中从碳交易政策、汽车行业数据等层面做了剖析,提出在3060背景下,碳交易体系短期内可促使整车企业生产纯电动车和节能车,中长期应聚焦增程式电动汽车技术路线以及产品研发聚焦“三低一高”和节能化路线,并同步在供应链管理、生产制造、未来核心技术储备等领域做相应的低碳化升级。
The core purpose of carbon trading system design is to establish a long-term mechanism to promote energy conservation and emission reduction at the supply side.It is not only the most important component of the transportation industry,but also the backbone of carbon peak and carbon neutralization.The problems of carbon emission from the aspects of the carbon trading policy and automobile industry data were analyzed.It is put forward that under the background of 3060,the carbon trading system can promote the vehicle manufacturers to produce pure electric vehicles and energy-saving vehicles in the short term.In the medium and long term,it should focus on the range extend electric vehicle(REEV)technology route and focus on“three low and one high”and energy-saving route in product R&D.At the same time,corresponding low-carbon upgrades must be made in the fields of supply chain management,production and manufacturing,future core technology reserves and so on.
