二醋酸纤维超高单旦丝束开发及性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 为开发二醋酸纤维超高单旦丝束,对常规生产设备进行了改造,并研发了专用卷曲机。开展了不同规格二醋酸纤维超高单旦丝束纺丝试验,研究了超高单旦丝束截面形态、丝束白度、单丝强伸性能和滤棒吸阻等性能。结果表明改造后的生产线可满足20Y27000、20X27000、22Y32000和22X32000不同规格二醋酸纤维超高单旦丝束的生产要求,所得丝束的残余溶剂量在16%~18%,均在标准范围内,符合开松要求;超高单旦丝束可有效降低滤棒吸阻,其范围低至640~1150 Pa,其中X形截面丝束滤棒吸阻范围比Y形截面丝束滤棒更低。 In order to develop the cellulose diacetate tow with super-high denier per filaments(DPFs),the conventional production line was reformed and special crimping machine was developed.The spinning experiments of the cellulose diacetate tow with super-high DPFs with different specifications were carried out,and the cross-section,whiteness,filament tensile strength and resistance of filter rod were studied.The results showed that,the modified production line could meet the production requirements of 20Y27000,20X27000,22Y32000 and 22X32000 the cellulose diacetate tows with super-high DPFs with different specifications,and the residual solvent content of the tows was in the range of 16%~18%,which all in the standard range and met the requirements of opening.The super-high DPFs could effectively reduce the resistance of filter rod in the range of 640~1150 Pa,and the resistance range of X-shaped cross-section filter rod was lower than that of the Y-shaped cross-section filter rod.
