工艺参数对聚酯纤维针刺复合滤料半成品性能的影响

摘要 通过改变梳理机上主锡林和工作辊的速度,研究工艺参数对聚酯纤维针刺复合滤料半成品(简称“滤料”)性能的影响。结果表明当保持工作辊速度在50 m/min时,主锡林速度增加,滤料的过滤效果先增强后减弱,对应的主锡林的最佳速度为900 m/min,所制备的滤料过滤性能在该系列中最好,平均孔径最小为(33.34±7.61)μm,对粒径≥2.00μm的颗粒的过滤效率高达93.18%;当保持主锡林速度在1000 m/min时,工作辊速度增加,滤料的过滤效果也先增强后减弱,对应的工作辊的最佳速度为40 m/min,所制备的滤料的过滤性能在该系列中最好,平均孔径最小为(32.25±6.47)μm,对粒径≥2.00μm的颗粒的过滤效率为91.92%。 The influence of process parameters on the performance of polyester fiber needling composite filter material semi-finished product(referred to as‘filter material’)were studied by changing the speed of main cylinder and working rolls on the carding machine.The results showed that,when the working roller speed was kept at 50 m/min,the main cylinder speed increased,the filtering effect of the filter material enhanced at first and then weakened.The optimal speed of the corresponding main cylinder was 900 m/min,and the filter material's filtration performance was the best in the series,with the minimum average aperture of(33.34±7.61)μm.The filtration efficiency for the particle size≥2.00μm was up to 93.18%.When the main cylinder speed was kept at 1000 m/min,the working roller speed increased,the filtering effect of the filter material also enhanced at first and then weakened.The optimal speed of the corresponding working roll was 40 m/min,and the filter material's filtration performance was the best in the series,with the minimum average aperture of(32.25±6.47)μm.The filtration efficiency for the particle size≥2.00μm was 91.92%.
