PP型经编盆底补片的制备及其性能研究

摘要 采用自主纺制的聚丙烯(PP)、聚乳酸(PLA)单丝,以经编成型技术为基础,编织PP/PLA型复合经编盆底补片,然后与纯PP经编盆底补片进行综合对比,研究其表观形貌、基本性能,以及体外模拟降解测试后试样的拉伸强力损失率及质量损失率。结果表明3种PP型经编盆底补片基本性能相近,体外模拟降解第28周时的拉伸强力损失率不足15%、质量损失率不足10%。可见,PLA单丝可替代部分PP单丝制备PP型经编盆底补片,用于盆底修复。 Based on the warp-knitted technology,PP/PLA composite warp-knitted pelvic floor patches were woven by using self-spun polypropylene(PP)and polylactic acid(PLA)monofilaments.And then they were compared with pure PP warp-knitted pelvic floor patches to study their apparent morphologies,basic properties,tensile strength loss rates and mass loss rates after simulated degradation in vitro test.The results showed that,the basic properties of the three kinds of PP-type warp-knitted pelvic floor patches were similar,and the tensile strength loss rates were less than 15%and the mass loss rates were less than 10%at the 28th week of simulated degradation in vitro.It could be seen that PLA monofilament could replace part of PP monofilament to prepare PP-type warp-knitted pelvic floor patches for pelvic floor repair.
